The parents continue to plead and asking college CEMAR\u2019s help since the state schools do not provide the same level of education, besides having violence and drug issues. The economic resources of the College CEMAR have been decreasing year by year since each time bigger subsidies on student tuition fees are required, in order to allow the families to keep their children at school.<\/p>\n<p>Here is where Delwende can collaborate with funds to buy school supplies.
